Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Osoul Investment approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 6% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2017.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed company will pay 6 fils per share as dividends, with a total value of KWD 1.13 million, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

Osoul will distribute the dividends on 19 June to the shareholders of record date on 10 June.

Meanwhile, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which was supposed to be held on 20 May, will be rescheduled.

In FY17, Osoul achieved a growth of 472.8% in profits to nearly KWD 176,340 compared to KWD 176,340.
